What is a Smart Form?

In BNDRY, you can configure forms for any situation where you need to collect data from customers and third parties. Common use cases include ongoing customer due diligence, alert investigations, and requests for information (RFIs). BNDRY’s forms are configured using the FormKit open-source form framework, and supports a wide variety of input types, validation, conditional fields, and multi-step flows.

Create Form Templates

Create a form template by pasting in a FormKit schema, and specify a name and description. Contact us, if you need help configuring a form.

Send Forms

To request users to fill out forms, you can send the form in a BNDRY Workspace. Invite users to a workspace to collaborate on the form.
