What is a Workspace?

A BNDRY Workspace is where many users can collaborate. You can create Workspaces that consist of one or more forms, inviting users to add, edit, and review data.

Receive notifications through email when there are updates to the Workspace, and view an audit trail of changes to the Workspace and the user that performed it.

Workspaces can be closed when data collaboration is complete, and a record of the Workspace will remain against associated Entities.

Create a Workspace

Create a Workspace to invite other users to collaborate on a form. This is how you can request data from users. Workspaces can be associated with one or more entities, allowing you to track ongoing and historical workspaces against entities.

For example, you can view a history of Ongoing Customer Due Diligence processes conducted for a customer entity, ensuring you never lose track of which reviews have occurred, and those that need to.

Share a Workspace

Sharing a Workspace allows you to invite other users to add, edit, and review data. You can invite as many collaborators to the Workspace as you need; the audit trail will reflect any updates that these users have made to the Workspace.

Not anyone can access a Workspace. A unique link is generated for invited collaborators which you can share to provide them with access to the Workspace. Once the link expires, you can generate a new link if the external user still requires access.
